The Truth - Al Haq ("we", "our", "the app") is a Quran and Islamic companion app. We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how data is handled in the app.
The app does not require an account, login, email address, or phone number. We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information on our own servers.
Location Data: The app may request your device location solely to calculate accurate prayer times and Qibla direction for your area. Your location is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Usage Data: Your reading position, bookmarks, Tasbih counts, daily task progress, and alarm preferences are stored locally on your device. This data is never sent to our servers.
The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use an advertising identifier (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple's Identifier for Advertisers), device information, and general usage data to provide personalized or non-personalized ads. The app is an Islamic spiritual and educational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. The app does not collect, process, or store any health, medical, or biometric data. Ruqyah, dream interpretation, and other Islamic content are provided for spiritual and educational purposes only.

Public APIs: The app may fetch Quran text, translations, and audio from public APIs (such as AlQuran Cloud API and MP3Quran) over HTTPS. These requests do not include personal information.
All user preferences, bookmarks, and cached data are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain any server-side database of user data. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
The app is suitable for all ages and is not specifically directed to children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Google AdMob is configured in accordance with Google Play and AdMob policies.
